Portrait of Kia Croom

Kia Croom

Global Fundraising Strategist & Founder, Fundraising Across the African Diaspora™

For more than 26 years, Kia has helped organizations raise more than $1 billion while advising nonprofits, NGOs, civil society organizations, corporations, and philanthropies across North America, the Caribbean, and Africa.

Kia believes too many extraordinarily impactful NGOs and civil society organizations remain unsung, unfunded, and underfunded because they fall outside traditional philanthropic networks. Her work is dedicated to helping these organizations unlock transformational capital while partnering with philanthropies to broaden opportunity, reduce unnecessary risk aversion, and expand who gets funded.
